ICDC Surrey Education Day - 11 April 2015

ICDC Surrey is pleased to announce our annual Education Day, for ICD patients across Surrey, their families and carers. Attendance is free, so please let us know if you would like to attend.

The event will take place at Chertsey House, St Peter's Hospital, and as in previous years, parking will be available opposite Chertsey House - look out for the ICDC Surrey signs as you enter the St Peter's Hospital grounds.
